Power Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3/4to 1 cup hot water
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats (uncooked)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened apple juice
- 1 tbsp raisins (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 1 scoop protein powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Follow the directions for cooking oatmeal.
