Mushroom Omelette
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Water
Directions
- Saute the mushrooms in oil in a frying pan.
- Scramble the eggs with the water. Add to the mushrooms.
- Cook over medium-low heat covered.
- Flip over when the eggs are almost set.
- Cook the other side until done. Fold in half. Serve.
