Curry Chicken with Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken breast
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp season salt
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Directions
- Place chicken in a baking pan.
- Cut onion into wedges and place around the chicken.
- Sprinkle with oil.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake in a 375-degree oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
- Place a spoonful of yogurt on top of the chicken.
