Banana Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced banana
- 1 1/2 cups diced apple
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Use well-chilled fruit.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and serve on top of fresh spinach leaves or alfalfa sprouts
- Yields 6 small servings.
