Ginger Ale
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger root (sliced)
- 1 lemon or lime (sliced)
- 4 cups water
- 1/3 tsp. Stevia extract
- 1 quart carbonated water
Directions
- Peel and slice the ginger.
- Slice the lemon in 1/4 inch circles.
- Place both in the water and simmer for 25 mins.
- Strain the liquid into a glass container.
- Stir in Stevia (to taste) and refrigerate.
- To serve, pour equal amounts of the ginger water and carbonated water into a glass. This will make 2 quarts.
