Financial Assistance’s FAQs

To initiate the application for our financial assistance program, please have your social worker, patient coordinator, or nurse navigator email [email protected]. Include their full name, title, and clinic/hospital details, and we will create an account for them to facilitate the application process on behalf of the patient.

The current financial assistance program offers a one-time payment of $500, and this does not reset annually.

We regularly review new applications in our financial assistance portal. Once the patients' required documents are uploaded, we aim to approve or deny the application within 1-2 business days.

Contact your social worker, patient coordinator, or nurse navigator to guide you through the financial assistance application process.

Upon approval, the one-time $500 payment will be sent as a check directly to the patient's address.

The financial assistance application can only be completed through the assistance of a social worker, patient coordinator, or nurse navigator.

There are no income guidelines for our one-time $500 payment.
